    We offer a variety of pedal-assisted e-bikes from top manufacturers like Electric Bike Co. and Rad Power Bikes. Our bikes ensure reliability and comfort for any ride. Upgraded models feature comfortable seats and storage options for helmets or bags, providing a memorable e-bike experience.

    With our E-bike rental, you get the bike, a top-quality helmet, and a lock if needed. We provide safety instructions to ensure you're confident, regardless of your cycling experience.

    We also offer recommendations for riding spots, local landmarks, and eateries, helping you immerse in the local culture. Your E-bike rental is not just a bike, it's your gateway to explore the local area.

    Our E-Bike tours offer an effortless journey with our pedal-assisted e-bikes, suitable for all fitness levels. We prioritize safety, providing helmets and a detailed safety briefing for e-bike operation.

    But it's more than just a tour, it's an experience. A knowledgeable guide will accompany you, sharing intriguing stories about Galveston's history, architecture, and hidden gems.

  • DO TOUR GUIDES ACCEPT TIPS?

    Our guides do accept tips, and they are greatly appreciated. Tipping is left up to the individual, but as a general practice, 10% – 15% of the trip cost is the common gratuity in Galveston.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE IN ORDER TO RENT AN E-BIKE?

    To rent an e-bike, you need to provide a copy of your government-issued ID, credit card, cell phone number, and email address.

  • WHAT DOES PEDAL ASSIST MEAN?

    Pedal assist is a mode that provides power only when you pedal. It enables the bike to move more smoothly than a standard bicycle and also gives a slight speed boost. As you decrease your pedaling speed, the pedal assist also slows down, ensuring a smooth ride that allows you to travel further with less effort.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ON MY BIKE RIDE AND TOUR?

    Wear comfortable clothes that allow for a full range of motion. We recommend shorts or fitted pants and closed-toe shoes.

  • AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES?

    Yes, you are responsible for the repair costs if the bike gets damaged during your ride. This is in accordance with the waiver you signed when renting the bike.

  • CAN WE BOOK AHEAD FOR OUR RENTAL OR TOUR?

    We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure the availability of your e-bikes. If your plans change, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make your bikes available to another group. We accept cancellations with 24 hours' notice.

  • IS IT DIFFICULT TO LEARN HOW TO OPERATE AN E-BIKE?

    Most new riders get comfortable with their e-bike after a brief training session and test ride.

  • DO I HAVE TO PEDAL

    Although we offer a range of e-bikes equipped with a throttle (which doesn't require pedaling), most of our e-bike riders choose to pedal during their ride.

  • DO YOU HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN?

    Yes, we offer two-passenger bikes for riders aged 3-12 and seats designed specifically for riders under 3.

  • DO YOU HAVE ACCOMMODATIONS FOR RIDERS UNDER 5’2”?

    Yes, we have several bikes available for riders 5’2” or under. To ensure your bike is comfortable, select an “UPGRADED” bike so our staff can fit you to the proper e-bike before your ride.

  • DO YOU STORE LUGGAGE FOR EMBARKING OR DISEMBARKING CRUISE PASSENGERS?

    Yes, we're happy to store your luggage while you enjoy a tour or e-bike rental for a small fee. No reservations required!

  • WHERE CAN WE PARK DURING OUR TOUR OR RENTAL?

    Downtown Galveston provides paid street parking daily from 10am to 6pm. Payments can be made via credit card using the "pay by phone" app available on both Apple and Android devices, or cash at one of the available pay stations. The closest pay station to our shop is situated at the southeast corner of Mechanic & 23rd Streets.

  • DO YOU RENT REGULAR BIKES?

    Yes, we have a small selection of unassisted bikes for you to ride. Feel free to call our shop to reserve in advance. We tend to sell out on sunny days!
